Rob is the CEO at Feedback Loop. He's an accomplished C-level entrepreneur and executive who has consistently delivered high-impact results at venture and private equity-backed start-ups and businesses throughout his career. He has experience in global general management, as well as leadership roles at brand, retail, digital media, data & analytics, and technology & services companies such as Bluecore, Oracle, DataLogix, and The Nielsen Company.
Chief Operating Officer
As Chief Operating Officer, Marco leads Feedback Loop's sales development efforts. revenue operations, marketing, and customer solutions. Marco is an accomplished Senior Sales and General Management Leader with proven ability to implement business development/marketing and lead gen strategies, build high-performing teams and drive sustainable growth for data-driven, technology (SaaS) and insights-driven organizations.
Chief People Officer
As the Chief People Officer, Marjorie oversees people processes and policies that build and enhance the employee experience, including organizational development, HR strategy, culture initiatives, talent management, and recruiting and onboarding. Marjorie brings over 15 years of HR experience, working in fast-paced, high-growth environments in the digital media, tech, publishing, e-commerce, and non-profit industries. She is the cofounder of Post’d, a networking group for HR professionals.
VP of Product & Research Innovation
Roddy Knowles is the VP of Product & Research Innovation, overseeing Feedback Loop’s product, design, and supply teams. In addition to academic training in the social sciences, he has an extensive professional background in both qualitative and quantitative research methodologies. Roddy is a frequent speaker, award-winning author, and champion of research innovation and best practices. Outside of Feedback Loop, he supports the research community in his roles as President of the Insights Association Southeast Chapter, advisory board member at WIRe, and board member at MRII.
Bryce is Feedback Loop's CFO, and he began his journey with Feedback Loop a month after the company was founded. He has over 20 years of experience in finance, having previously worked as an investment banker, VP of corporate development at a Fortune 500 company, and running his own CFO advisory firm.

Haggai is the VP of Engineering at Feedback Loop. He brings over a decade of leadership experience at rapid growth startups. Haggai enjoys learning fast, failing faster, and growing together with the people he works with.
